How it works
Define your habits

Cleo checks in daily
At your chosen time, she asks which habits you completed. Just reply naturally — "Did everything except meditation."
Track your progress
Ask "How are my streaks?" or "Show me this week's habits" and Cleo gives you a summary with streaks and completion rates.
